Bow Balance Stirrups with basket - Stainless steel

The Bow Balance Stirrup with Cage was developed specifically for para riders – riders with physical limitations who need additional support while riding. As a hinged stirrup, it combines comfort with stability, just like the standard Bow Balance Stirrup: the proven System-4 joint absorbs shocks, protecting joints, ligaments and menisci, while the curved shape ensures optimal balance and supports correct leg position. The extra-wide tread surface with integrated stirrup pad made from two different rubber hardnesses provides reliable grip and supports correct foot positioning in the stirrup. The permanently mounted cage gives the foot additional support, helping riders with limited leg or foot control. Due to the rubber sleeves around the System-4 joints, the tread width is slightly narrower than that of conventional stirrups. With a breaking load of more than 1,600 kg, the Bow Balance Stirrup meets high standards of material quality, providing a reliable base in the saddle. Para riders use our special Bow Balance Stirrup as a compensatory aid in combination with a "breakaway system" that releases in the event of a fall.

Please note: The equipment requirements of para riders are always individual. Riders and trainers should discuss together whether this stirrup provides the support needed.
