NATHE CM 3-ring bit, 15 mm

Our new NATHE CM mullen mouth with port combines exceptional flexibility with high stability and safety thanks to its steel core. The slanted transitions to the side pieces and the slightly forward-sloping shape allow the bit to fit perfectly between the tongue and palate, adapting optimally to the anatomy of the horse's mouth providing maximum comfort – especially for sensitive horses.
Two versions are available to suit different needs: the hard version allows direct and precise transmission of rein aids and is particularly suitable for horses that occasionally pull strongly against the hand. The innovative softer, flexible version yields under increased pressure and allows for finer control of the aids – ideal for sensitive horses.
The high-quality thermoplastic material with its smooth surface prevents the “eraser effect” and is comfortable even in cold weather. The integrated steel core ensures flexibility while providing stability and durability.
The 3-ring bits offer four different fastening options for varying degrees of leverage on the neck. Depending on the fastening, it exerts pressure on the tongue, neck, and lower jaw. It is particularly suitable for horses with a pronounced forward drive and provides control for horses that tend to evade the aids upwards.
Due to the different effects of this bit, it is particularly recommended for riders with sensitive hand action. The rider can decide individually and depending on the horse whether to ride with one or two pairs of reins.
NATHE bits are suitable for sensitive horses with sensitive mouths. Made from high-quality thermoplastic, they are extremely comfortable, temperature-resistant, and dimensionally stable.
