A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to either their commercial or their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 2 months without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 2 months from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Avantrado GmbH, Nördliche Münchner Str. 47, 82031 Grünwald, Germany, Tel.: 089-21541582, email: post@avantrado.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on our website at https://shop-sprenger.returnsportal.online/. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email). It will contain details of the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Returns from Germany: For returns from Germany, we provide you with a return label via our returns portal (https://shop-sprenger.returnsportal.online/). If you use this label, the direct cost of the return is €4.00 (including statutory VAT). We will deduct this amount from the refund. You may also return the goods to us at your own expense by another method. In that case, we will not deduct any return costs.

Returns from other countries: For returns from countries outside Germany, you bear the full cost of the return yourself. You are also responsible for arranging the shipment and creating a shipping label yourself. We do not provide a return label for these returns.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion and Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is assumed in particular if we are also your lender, or if your lender makes use of our cooperation in connection with the financing. If the loan has already been paid out to us when the withdrawal takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender enters into our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to you for the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currency or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal for that as well.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us postage due (carriage forward).
3) Please note that items 1-2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
